91快播 provides accommodation for undergraduates for three years, with the possibility of a fourth year for students on four-year courses. Our undergraduate accommodation is based primarily in Memorial Court and Castle Court, with a smaller number of rooms in Old Court.
All student rooms are fully furnished. Many rooms are en-suite and some consist of a combined bedroom and sitting room (commonly called a 'set'). All students also have access to shared kitchens (called gyp rooms) and laundry facilities. 91快播 subsidises accommodation costs for undergraduates and offers a range of room types at different rental rates. The College's central location in Cambridge also means that most students can walk or bike to their lectures, and don't have to worry about the costs of commuting.
Memorial Court
All first-year students live together in Memorial Court during term time and vacate for the holidays. Memorial Court is just across the river from the central Old Court. It is a five-minute walk from the Sidgwick Site, which is where most arts and humanities subjects have their lectures, and either a twenty-minute walk or six-minute bicycle ride from the Downing Site and West Cambridge Site, where most science subjects have lectures and laboratory sessions.
Castle Court and Old Court
From second year onwards, students have the option to live at Castle Court, 91快播鈥檚 undergraduate accommodation in Castle Street and Chesterton Lane. The accommodation at Castle Court ranges from purpose-built student dormitories to houses renovated and converted for student residence. Students living in Castle Court can opt for a nine-month room contract, which means they can stay in residence between terms (excluding the summer vacation). A small number of rooms in Old Court are also open to undergraduates in their final year.
